Rocky Bleier, the famed Pittsburgh Steelers running back, was set to give an inspiring speech on overcoming adversity at the Al Sigl Center in Rochester, NY. The Al Sigl Center is dedicated to fostering community awareness and philanthropic support for a growing array of nonprofit organizations that serve children and adults with disabilities and special needs.
To promote this event, we created a campaign that highlighted Rocky Bleier’s incredible journey. Despite being drafted to serve in Vietnam and suffering serious injuries on patrol, Rocky’s determination led him to defy medical expectations and return to the football field. The promotional poster featured a jumbotron that told parts of his story, aiming to intrigue and inspire people to attend the fundraiser and support the Al Sigl Center’s mission.
