By day I’m working in advertising, by night, I’m teaching it. See more about what we do at my Advertising portfolio classes at Newhouse here.
Since 1999 I have been teaching advertising portfolio development. In my advanced class, ADV 431, students produce high quality integrated campaigns and refine concepts from earlier classes for the final presentation in a portfolio or on the web. The advertising creative portfolio is a representation of work that demonstrates the creativity and talent of the student and potential new hire.
I have taught over 200 students during my 14 years of teaching here. Many have gone on to do remarkable things in the industry—working on large and small brands, for large and small agencies, winning awards for print television and digital campaigns, creating Superbowl commercials and rising through the ranks to become highly sought-after creative directors, media directors, and account service executives.
If you are interested in hiring one let me know or if you are interested in working for one, let me know. I would be happy to put you in touch.

In my years at Newhouse, I have been fortunate to meet and work with a number of talented people and even appear in the movie The Express, about the legend of 44, Ernie Davis.
